APPOINTMENTS

CONSULTATIONS

We offer complimentary 30-minute consultations to help you achieve your skin and body goals.

SCHEDULING

Appointments are recommended and typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.

NEW CLIENT ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete required medical history forms and treatment consent documents. This preparation time applies to existing clients booking different treatments as well.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals will reduce your treatment time. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, you may be considered a “no-show” and charged a cancellation fee. We must end treatments on time to respect subsequent appointments.

CANCELLATIONS + NO-SHOWS

Your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A $50 cancellation fee applies to all services missed, cancelled, or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment. Future appointments cannot be booked until any outstanding cancellation fees are paid.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and e-transfers.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are discretionary and not included in service or package prices. Our POS terminal offers a tipping option.

PRODUCT PURCHASES

All product sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Our products are professional-grade and carefully monitored for quality. Before purchasing, we recommend:

  • Consulting with our staff
  • Requesting samples when available
  • Reviewing ingredients for potential allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction, contact us via email within 7 days with photo documentation. We will provide guidance accordingly.

SERVICE POLICIES:

  • Pre-purchased services do not expire
  • Price increases between purchase and appointment dates may require additional payment
  • Dollar value of unused services may be applied toward different services
  • We do not offer refunds on services, packages, gift cards, gratuities, or promotions


PRODUCT HOLDS

Items can be placed on hold for 7 days. All products are subject to 13% HST.

GIFT CERTIFICATES 

  • Available for specific services or dollar amounts
  • May require price adjustments if redeemed for different services or after price increases

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home. Most treatments require jewelry removal.
